Amount of Scholarship:
$2,500

Duration and terms of the scholarship:
The scholarship is provided to one student in one lump sum payment made in the amount of $2,500 made payable directly to Don Bosco Prep on behalf of the recipient. To continue to receive the scholarship funds, the student must be enrolled at Don Bosco Prep. At the end of the first year, the student’s academic and extracurricular records will be evaluated.

Eligibility:
This scholarship will be awarded to a young man planning to attend Don Bosco Preparatory High School in September, 2015. Candidates will have graduated from an accredited public or private grammar school in New York or New Jersey.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • an 85% grade point average at the elementary level.
  • strong family values.
  • that he values his friendships with loyalty and longevity.
  • involvement in athletics and extracurricular activities.
  • that he pursues something just to satisfy his passion.
  • exhibits and practices a true sense of spirituality in his life.
  • demonstrates a financial need.
